a(n additional) week off

Well I’m not quite sure how should I say about this. Should this be a blessing or even a disaster? Like I wrote as my title; yes indeed I got an additional week off. Bad news was: I got a dengue fever (I was the 16^th victim in my neighborhood) also infected by 2 different kinds of Typhoo. But good news: I’m still alive and I loss 2 kgs, which means I don’t have to go on diet anymore. :D

When you’re sick you’ll know who your friend is and who’s not. Who cares about you and who’s not. Well I bet you can tell by yourself as simple as that. I mean; did they send you any text? Or did they visit you to the hospital or to your house. Did they call you? And that’s how I see my friends.

I have lots of friends and acquaintances; also best friends. My bests that called and sent me text were: nabila and bayu. My friends from ppi who called were: ratih, benita, teguh. My friends from ppi who keep sending me text were: iqbal, hafiz, ratih. My friends who visited me: my friends from xi ia 3, dara, iqbal, yoga, hafiz, sumo. Others? Well maybe they are so busy, but I just yaudahlah. Everyone has their own business. So I guess, yeah never mind.

The shocking one was SUMO. Well I had a conflict with him, once. Actually it wasn’t like the conflict just between the two of us. I don’t think I really like him because I think he’s so rebel and I’m just not into him. But you know, as time goes by I think I already can understand him. Well not as bad like when we first met. Then that night, wait, I guess it was sat-nite. He and hafiz came to visit me. I was still at the hospital. He was like, “I just heard that you are sick.” Seems like when he heard the news he went to see me as fast as he can. And I was like, “Wew, thanks?” I wasn’t actually hoping to meet him but I’m so happy that at last someone from my second family came to visit me.

But yeah, thanks for all who sent me texts, making calls, making visits, sending prayers, thank you so much! I’m back and already at home, but still can’t do my routines. I’ll do it as soon as I’m well and healthy enough :)

Monday: first day fever. I thought I was just exhausted, but I vomit

Tuesday: still having fever. Feeling so bad. Now I don’t think I was JUST exhausted. I thought I got Typhoo

Wednesday: still having fever. I force myself and my mom to go to lab. And YES: I got typhoo plus my thrombosis level was 110.000 (normal: 120.000-150.000) and my leucosis level was 2.500 (normal: 4.000-6.000)

Thursday: still having fever but not as bad as days before. Again! To the lab: my thrombosis level was 100.000. I got into hospital. Visitor: XI IA 3.

Friday: no fever. But my head felt spinning around. Thrombosis level: 65.000. visitors: Dara.

Saturday: same condition. Thrombosis level: 52.000. visitors: sumo, hafiz, dara.

Sunday: same condition. Thrombosis level: 54.000. doctor said I can go home, yaaaayyyy!!!!! Visitors: iqbal, yoga.

Monday: same, but feeling better! :D . I love being home!

i just got this message from benita.

ben: "syah gmn kabar? maaf yaa blum kesana2. abisan banyak tugas. tdnya kmrn mau ke sana tp ternyata sepupu gue tunangan."

me: "udah plg ko ben. iya gpp ko. kmrn mggu iqbal sm yoga ke rumah gw. mlm mnggu sumo sm hafiz ke rs."

ben: "hha cieee skrg iqbal yekaaan. ahaha. kocak dah ceritanya."

me: "kocak apan? ko tau deh? ampuunampuuun"

ben: "ahaha gue yekan. ngrumpi mulu. msh bedrest say?"

me: "siapa yg ngerumpiin gw? ckck. ga bedrest tapi tidur mulu. kalo tiduran aja bosen bikin punggung sakit jga."

ben: "wew, situp smbl tidur aja ato ngerayap onthebed hahaa. engga sa, iqbal curhat. ihiy. udah sampe mana skrg? asik deeeehhh..."

me: "kyaaaaaaaaa iqbal crta apa aja. aduuh. gw bingung bilangnya. gw gamau ngapa2in sm iqbal."

ben: "aduh ini harun ups harus ada sesi curhat. otp kuat ga saa? hehee"

me: "apa sih ben ko lo ga jlas gtu? iya kuat lah tp ntar ya kalo tlf lagi ada tamu. nnt gw sms lg yaw."

then i tried to call her, but she's having course. i was like, eh buset deh iqbal ngomong apa ajaaaa????? this is what happened when you are getting too close sama temen satu angkatan. seantero angkatan tau soal ini.
